At present, we primarily deal in freshly prepared food products such as banana chips. As our business grows, we may also offer products from various categories through our e-commerce platform. This policy applies to all purchases made through our store.

β’ For ready stock items (like banana chips), delivery is usually completed within 1 to 60 minutes (location dependent).
β’ For other products or future categories, delivery may take 2 to 7 working days depending on product type and location.
β Return Policy (Food Products)
Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of food items:
β’ Food products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered.
β’ We do not accept returns for taste preferences or change of mind.

Replacement / Refund (If Applicable)
We offer replacement or refund only in the following cases:
